Executive Director position -

Sunshine Community Health Center is seeking a proven leader with experience in achieving and maintaining clinical, operational and financial performance in a community based primary health care system.  SCHC operates two facilities providing medical, dental and behavioral health services to a diverse population in the rural communities of Talkeetna and Willow and the surrounding areas.   Primary position responsibilities include: *  Staff supervision *  Operations *  Planning *  Budget  * Contract negotiation and liaison *  Marketing *  Governance *  Public Relations and Community Development.  The successful candidate must l have a minimum of two years experience in healthcare which includes a minimum of two years in administration and management, budget, grant writing, development and oversight.  Experience in a federally qualified CHC preferred.  Education and or experience equivalent may be considered. Bachelor Degree or higher in a relevant field required.  Degree in Administration, Public Health or Medicine preferred.  Please send a resume and cover letter with salary requirements to:
