Services

The Sunshine Community Health Center (SCHC) provides a full spectrum of high-quality, comprehensive, culturally competent, primary medical and dental care services. These services are provided by physicians, physician assistants, registered nurses, LPNs and MAs, nurse practitioners, dentists, dental assistants, case managers and health educators. SCHC promotes prevention and early intervention, thus keeping underinsured or uninsured individuals out of hospital emergency rooms.

Medical Services

SCHC offers a full spectrum of primary care services at its family practice, adolescent and pediatric clinics including:

• Family Medical Practice - management of acute and chronic illnesses
• Pediatric & Adolescent Care
• Minor Surgery
• Pregnancy Care 
• Physical Exams (Well Child Checks, Sports, Schools, DOT)
• Family Planning and Gynecological Services
• Immunizations
• Colorectal Screening

Dental Services

A full range of dental services are available at each of the four dental clinics in the SCHC system:

• Emergencies
