RL writes; I wanted to again thank everyone who helped me in June when I fell and broke my shoulder.  Your staff was very kind and helpful.  After sending us to Anchorage for further treatment, Karla even followed up with me on the road home to Ohio.  It took us 12 days to get back to Ohio.  I have since had a total reverse shoulder replacement and hopefully on the road to recovery.  I can only again thank everyone for helping me through a very traumatic situation.  Thank you all again....RL
