Sunshine Transit was a subsidiary of Sunshine Community Health Center but has evolved into a fully independent organization that continues to provide reliable public transportation to the Upper Susitna Valley.

Medical Appointments

If you have a medical appointment in the lower valley and are unable to find transportation, call the Transit Manager for assistance. If you qualify for Medicaid, they may be able to help.

If you don’t have Medicaid insurance, they offer roundtrip transportation to Wasilla/Palmer area 5 days per week (Monday-Friday).  Call for information: 907-495-8411.
