Go Red Day is all about heart health — and at Sunshine Community Health Center, we’re celebrating by focusing on the everyday habits that keep our hearts strong. Healthy rhythms rock because a healthier heart is built through consistent movement, balanced nutrition, preventive screenings, and regular care.
