Prenatal care

​While we don’t offer delivery services, we provide comprehensive prenatal care, from initial consultations and connections to your delivering provider to ongoing care at our locations, ensuring continuity and quality. We also support post-partum and newborn care.

Well Child Visits

These comprehensive examinations encompass developmental assessments, immunizations, and proactive guidance for parents. Additionally, we specialize in providing thorough evaluations for sports and other activity participation, ensuring your child's health and safety in every endeavor.

Women's Health

Receive comprehensive women's health services, including screenings, contraception, family planning, sexual health, and treatment for women-specific conditions, all in one exam.

Men's Health

Comprehensive men's health exams cover screenings, family planning, sexual health, vasectomies and treatment for men-specific conditions.

Acute Care

We provide prompt evaluation and treatment for a variety of acute medical concerns. Walk-ins are generally welcome, but we recommend calling ahead for streamlined care coordination. For emergencies, please dial 911.

Urgent Care

Our urgent care services provide prompt and convenient medical attention for non-life-threatening conditions, including minor injuries, common illnesses, and other acute health concerns.

Chronic care

We specialize in managing chronic medical conditions. This includes carefully managing your medications, conducting necessary tests to monitor your health, and collaborating closely with specialists to ensure you receive the best possible treatment.

Procedures

We offer office procedures such as skin lesion biopsy and removal, cyst excisions, contraceptive inserts, and select GYN and orthopedic procedures.

Nurse Visits

Including wound care, diabetic foot care, health education, Coumadin management, catheter changes, prenatal education, support with ER and hospital discharge follow-up, post-operative visit follow-up, and medication reconciliation.

Imaging

At our clinics, our providers are equipped to conduct X-rays. After our providers conduct an initial review and interpretation, the images are further analyzed by expert Radiologists from Imaging Associates, who provide us with final reports.

Lab

We offer basic lab services, including blood tests, urinalysis, and diagnostics. We accept outside orders for added convenience and provide accurate, timely results to support your healthcare.

Immunizations

We offer a comprehensive range of vaccinations, including DTap, Tdap, HIB, RSV, Hepatitis A and B, HPV, Influenza, MMR, Pneumovax,  Polio, Varicella, Zoster, Meningococcal,  and COVID vaccines. 

Specialty Care

We provide specialist referrals when services are unavailable in our office. Additionally, we host visiting specialty clinics to ensure local access to specialists within our community.

Basic Ortho

Our team provides personalized care to help you regain mobility and improve quality of life. From fractures, sprains, to joint pain, our goal is to get you back to your active lifestyle safely and efficiently.

CDL/DOT Exams

We provide CDL/DOT exam physicals for individuals requiring certification for commercial driving. Payment is required upfront for these services. Our efficient process ensures timely completion of required paperwork.

Work/Travel 

We offer comprehensive work and travel exams tailored to meet your specific requirements. Our skilled medical team conducts thorough assessments to ensure you meet necessary health standards for your intended purpose.

Vision

From routine eye exams to advanced treatments for conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration, our experienced optometrists deliver personalized care to protect and optimize your vision.

Dispensary

We keep a stock of medications to treat acute conditions and short-term chronic illnesses, but please note we're not a pharmacy. You can have prescriptions delivered from Three Bears to our clinics. We do not provide controlled substances or fill external prescriptions.

Palliative Care

Palliative care offers specialized medical support, focusing on relieving serious illness symptoms to enhance quality of life. Our services prioritize dignity, comfort, and quality, particularly during end-of-life care.

ADDICTION TREATMENT

We treat substance use disorders with personalized care. Treatment may include medications (MAT) and support from our BH team through individual or group therapy. Our goal is to help you build and maintain a healthy, lasting recovery.
